The Monthly Support Plan stays ahead of all of it for you: hosting and renewals handled, daily backups running, updates applied as they land, and uptime monitored around the clock. Most of the time an issue is spotted and sorted before you notice it, so your contact form keeps working and your site keeps earning its keep.

Automations need the same care. When Shopify or Xero change the way their systems talk to yours, those connections need updating to keep the work flowing. If your site is wired into tools like that, keeping them running is exactly what a tailored plan is for.

Everything it takes to keep your website running: hosting, domain renewal under our management, SSL, daily backups, plugin and security updates, and uptime monitoring, plus 30 minutes of content changes each month. You keep owning your site; the plan simply takes over the running of it.
Content changes (included, 30 minutes a month) are updates to what is already there: wording, photos, prices, opening hours, a new team member. Feature work is building something new: a booking form, a new section or page, a design change, new functionality. That is quoted fixed-price whenever you want it, or built into a tailored plan if you would rather have a set amount of it every month.
Websites drift. Browsers update, plugins go stale, security certificates expire, and the other services your site talks to change on their own schedule. On a plan, we are watching all of that for you and fixing it early, so your site keeps working and keeps bringing you enquiries. You own your site either way. The plan is about who is keeping an eye on it, and that is us.
Tell us. Anything past the monthly content time can be quoted fixed-price as a one-off, or if you want a set amount of feature and automation work every month, we scope a support plan around what you actually need and what it should cover. It runs on the same month-to-month terms, and you can cancel with 30 days notice.

No. It is month to month, you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice, and you can manage or cancel it yourself through the billing portal. Often, yes. It depends on the state of the site, and older WordPress builds with tangled plugin setups sometimes make more sense to rebuild than to patch. Send it through or call us on 0433 224 195 and we will review it properly, and if you are around Gawler or Adelaide we are happy to come and sit down with you while we do. Either way you get an honest answer on whether we take it on as it stands or build you a fresh one.
